Alternate Emails for RB2B Visitors
One deliverable address isn't always the right address. This skill finds the alternate channel for people RB2B identified, so a bounced work email or a locked-down corporate filter doesn't end the conversation.

Install Connecting RB2B's Profiles API to Claude first. This skill uses it to pull your identified visitors straight from RB2B, so you don't have to export a CSV each time you run it.
You'll also need a MoltSets account connected to Claude. MoltSets does the enrichment and the people search, and every lookup runs on your own MoltSets tokens. Sign up for a free MoltSets account.
Prefer working from a file? An RB2B CSV export still works. Upload or paste it into the chat and the skill uses it instead of the API — as long as it still has its LinkedIn URL column, which is what every lookup keys off.
What it does
This is the narrower sibling of Enrich RB2B Visitors. Rather than filling every gap, it looks specifically for the channel you don't already have.
If RB2B gave you a work email, it goes looking for a personal one. If it somehow gave you a personal address, it looks for the business one. If it returned nothing at all, it looks for both. Either way it checks both channels, so you see the full picture for each person rather than the first hit.
When to use it
Two situations make this worth running on its own.
The first is deliverability. A work address that grades badly, or a company running aggressive filtering, means your sequence never arrives — and you won't know, because a silently filtered email doesn't bounce. Having a second channel gives you somewhere to go that isn't just another follow-up into the same void.
The second is timing. People change jobs, and a work address goes dead the day they leave. A personal address survives the move, which matters when the visitor was researching you on behalf of an account you're still working.
How it works
- Your visitors are pulled from the RB2B API, or read from a CSV export, then filtered to people and their LinkedIn URLs extracted.
- You choose which deliverability grades to keep before anything runs.
- Business and personal lookups run against each profile.
- Results are compared with whatever RB2B supplied, graded, and filtered.
What you get back
A table of name, company, the original RB2B email, and the business and personal addresses with a risk grade against each. The summary tells you how many additional addresses were found, split by type, and how they graded — plus how many were filtered out by your own threshold.
A note on using personal addresses
A personal email is a different kind of contact from a work one, and it reads differently to the person receiving it. It carries more weight and less patience: a cold pitch to someone's personal inbox is more likely to annoy than the same message to their work address.
Treat it as a channel for warm, high-intent situations rather than a bigger list to blast. The timing and tone guidance applies with more force here, and it's worth confirming your approach fits the consent and privacy posture you've set up — see using a consent management tool with RB2B.
Start small
Run it on a narrow slice first: a day or two of visitors from the API, or twenty or thirty rows of an export. That's enough to see the hit rate and the risk grades you're getting for your particular audience, and to decide which grades are worth keeping before you point it at a month of traffic.
